Your personal information is not used for any other purpose than informing you about the Henkel group as an employer or about employment opportunities, to administer the application process, such other uses as are reasonably required in connection with the online application process, and for mandatory governmental reporting purposes.
If you enter your data, we may use that information to contact you about any employment opportunity now and in the future. The information will not be used to inform you of any commercial activity of the company.
Your data is stored and processed by Henkel in a database which is operated by a hosting provider according to Henkel's instructions. Access to this database is granted only to parties who are involved in the recruitment process including external parties performing outsourced HR services for Henkel (e.g. telephone interviews, preselection, interviews, etc.) and who are bound by a confidential treatment of your data. You may change the data of your application at any time in case it needs an update or a correction. In such case Henkel will keep a copy of the original application, though, in order to be able to determine the implications of the change on the decision in the application process.
You can withdraw your application at any time if you are no longer interested in working opportunities at Henkel. If you withdraw your application, you will no longer be considered active for a position or our talent pool. Your data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable laws once the application process ends.
Besides of that all information concerning your applications will be retained for 12 months (36 months for the USA) after the application date. If you do not update your profile within a period of 11 months (35 months for the USA), Henkel may send you an e-mail to ask you to update your profile. If you do not update your profile by the given deadline, your profile and all of the data it contains will be anonymized. Your profile is no longer searchable for potential job assignments. Of course, as external candidate you can also delete the data of your profile and your registration at any time.
If you apply speculatively, you will need to submit some additional data on your career expectations. Fields which are indicated with an asterisk (*) mean that information is required.
